A school is ultimately a reflection of its staff, both teachers and support staff. At Rays of Grace Junior School, Utawalawe are blessed with an exceptionally dedicated and friendly team of people who help to make the school a home away from home, where the welfare of pupils is our first priority.
All our teaching staff are fully qualified teachers in Kenya, and often with many years of teaching experience. Most teachers have been working at Lomwe for years. In selecting teachers we place emphasis on moral values as well as competence.
We are fortunate to have a dedicated team that is committed to helping students achieve their full academic potential whilst at the same time cultivating integrity and good moral character. Staff development in actively encouraged through on-going professional training and the quality of teaching is regularly monitored to ensure that high standards are maintained.
